Frutech™ Return and Refund Policy (Apple Trees & Related Products)

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which Frutech™ will accept returns and provide refunds for apple trees, related products, and services purchased on our website.
Return Window

  • Live Apple Trees: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return a live apple tree.

  • Other Products & Services: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return other Frutech™ products and request a refund for services.

Eligible Products for Return
Live Apple Trees:

  • Must be in original, undamaged condition, unopened packaging (if applicable).

  • Must not have been planted in the ground.

  • Must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.

Other Products:

  • Must be in original, unopened, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Must be within the return window (as specified above).

Services:

  • Refunds for services may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and the reason for the request.

Ineligible Products for Return

  • Live apple trees that have been planted in the ground.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged.

  • Products missing original tags or packaging.

  • Products outside the return window (as specified above).

  • Services (unless approved on a case-by-case basis).

Return Process

  1. Contact Frutech™ customer support within the applicable return window via email at fipl@frutech.in.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. A customer service representative will determine if your return is approved and provide you with further instructions, including a return shipping label (if applicable).

  4. You are responsible for securely packaging the return and following the provided return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned product, excluding any original shipping charges.

  • Refunds for approved service cancellations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a documented error on Frutech™'s part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Live Apple Tree Replacements
If your live apple tree arrives damaged or diseased upon delivery, please contact Frutech™ customer support immediately. We will offer a replacement tree or a full refund at your discretion.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this Policy on a case-by-case basis.
