Order Processing

• We strive to process all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is placed and confirmed.

 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Jammu and Kashmir):

• Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): This is our most economical option, perfect for non-urgent orders.

• Expedited Shipping (1-3 Business Days): For faster delivery when you need your items sooner.

Delivery Confirmation

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery online.

Order Pickup

In-Store Pickup (Free):

• You may choose to pick up your order at our designated Frutech™ location in Jammu and Kashmir.

• Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and choose a convenient pickup date and time.

• You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when collecting your order.

Additional Information

• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order weight.

• We currently only offer shipping within Jammu and Kashmir, India.

• Frutech™ is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events or carrier issues.
